Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000/- for 3rd year (if retained and upgraded as SRF). H.R.A. and Medical facilities are applicable as per rules.

• Physics: M.Sc in Physics/ Lasers/Applied Optics/ Fiber Optics/Optics/Opto-electronics with 1st Division with NET/ GATE Qualification.
• Electronics: BE/B. Tech in Electronics/ECE with 1st Division with NET/GATE Qualification.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 28 years
